Using the dashboard
Terms of Service
These terms govern use of VIPXD Universal Dashboard and VIPXD Private Connections, operated by Leo Finkley JR (“VIPXD,” “we,” or “us”). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the private dashboard.
1. Access and purpose
VIPXD is a private, permission-based workspace for organizing information and accessing supported third-party services. Public information pages do not grant dashboard access. Use only accounts and data you own or are authorized to access. Keep your devices and sign-in methods secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
2. Optional connections
Connections are optional and subject to your consent and the provider’s permissions and terms. A launcher link is not a data integration. Third-party sessions, availability and account eligibility are controlled by that provider. We cannot guarantee persistent sign-in, uninterrupted imports or access to every provider feature. You may revoke permissions using the provider’s controls.
3. Information, not professional advice
Financial snapshots, obligations, income estimates and case-status notes are organizational information—not financial, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Confirm balances, deadlines, payments and case details with the original institution or your qualified adviser. Imported information may be delayed or incomplete; manual and sample information is not provider-verified. VIPXD does not initiate bank transfers or replace an official financial or legal record.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in information and media you provide. You authorize us to process that content only as needed to deliver the service you request, consistent with the Privacy Policy. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe others’ rights, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or access another person’s data without permission. Keep independent copies of important records.
5. Availability and changes
The dashboard is under active development. Some features depend on external providers, a local computer, or network connectivity. Features may change, be limited, or become temporarily unavailable. We may suspend access when needed for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance. No uptime, backup, completeness or continuous synchronization guarantee is offered.
6. Third-party services and branding
Third-party applications, content, trademarks and websites belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement or partnership. Their terms, subscriptions and privacy policies apply separately. VIPXD branding and software remain subject to their owners’ intellectual-property rights.
7. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To that same extent, VIPXD and its operator are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service interruptions, inaccurate third-party information, or your reliance on unverified dashboard information. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Ending use and data requests
You may stop using the service at any time and revoke connected-account permissions. To request removal of dashboard-held information, contact us as described in the Privacy Policy. Revoking a connection alone does not delete previously stored copies or original provider records.
9. Updates and contact
