Privacy Policy
This policy covers VIPXD Universal Dashboard and its connection service, VIPXD Private Connections, operated by Leo Finkley JR (“VIPXD,” “we,” or “us”). It covers these public information pages and the private dashboard. Third-party apps you open have their own policies.
We use connected data to provide the features you authorize. We do not sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or use Google user data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
1. Information we access
- Account and access information: account identifiers, email address, authorization grants and tokens, permitted dashboard contexts, and connection status.
- Google Sheets connection: Google account identity through openid and email permissions; Drive file metadata through drive.metadata.readonly; and read-only spreadsheet access through spreadsheets.readonly. Current functionality lists recent spreadsheet names, identifiers, dates and links. The grant permits reading spreadsheet contents for authorized features, but current listing functionality does not import cell contents. It does not authorize file edits, deletion, or Gmail access.
- Separate Finance connection: when authorized, Drive read-only access is used to retrieve a selected private financial handoff file. Its snapshot may contain account balances, recent transactions, income, obligations and related status information. This is separate from the dashboard’s Sheets grant.
- Other enabled connections: selected GroupMe group names, recent messages and attachment links; supported app summaries; and information you explicitly choose to import. We do not import data merely because an app appears as a launcher.
- Information you enter: tasks, preferences, manually confirmed financial amounts or statuses, and media you upload to enabled features.
- Technical information: request times, IP addresses, browser information and diagnostic or security logs may be processed by the hosting and access-control services.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate authorized users, separate personal and professional contexts, display requested information, maintain connection state, save preferences and updates, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service. Imported financial information is for display and organization, not payment initiation or credit decisions. Some features remain unavailable until separately connected.
3. Google API data and Limited Use
VIPXD’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and the applicable Google Workspace API user data and developer policy.
Google data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing features you authorize. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, share it with data brokers, use it to determine creditworthiness, or use it to develop or train generalized AI models. We do not permit human access to Google data except with your affirmative agreement for specific information, as necessary for security, to comply with law, or for permitted internal operations involving aggregated and anonymized data.
4. Storage and security
The service uses HTTPS, restricted account access and context-specific authorization. Cloud connection tokens are encrypted before storage. Cloudflare provides hosted application, access-control and database infrastructure for the connection service. Public informational pages may be hosted through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. Some private dashboard records, media and Finance integration files remain on the operator’s Mac or in browser-local storage; not every feature has cloud backup. No system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Sharing and third-party services
Data may be processed by infrastructure providers as needed to operate and secure the service, by the provider of a connection you enable, or when you explicitly request a supported transfer. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud or security threats, subject to applicable Google Limited Use restrictions. Private account data is not included in these public information pages.
Opening Microsoft, Adobe, church-member services or another app takes you to that provider. Its own browser session determines whether you remain signed in. VIPXD does not collect your provider password or guarantee sign-in across devices or browsers. Attachment links may load content directly from the original provider.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain stored information while needed for enabled features, connection continuity, recovery, security or applicable legal requirements. Imported snapshots may remain until replaced or removed; preference revision history and backups may remain after a change. There is not yet one automatic deletion control covering every connected service and device.
To request access, correction, export or deletion of dashboard-held information, email leofinkleyjr@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before acting. We will explain any data that must be retained and applicable limits. Deleting dashboard copies does not delete the original records held by Google, banks, GroupMe or other providers.
7. Your choices
You can decline optional connections, stop using them, and revoke Google authorization through Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further authorized access but does not automatically erase previously saved dashboard copies; contact us to request their removal. Browser-local information can be cleared through browser settings, which may also remove unsynced information. Other providers offer their own authorization and privacy controls.
8. Cookies and local storage
The private dashboard and its access providers use session cookies or similar storage for authentication, security and preferences. These public pages do not add advertising trackers or custom analytics. Hosting providers may process essential technical data for delivery and abuse prevention.
9. Children, changes and contact
This service is intended for authorized adult users and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes, with a revised effective date and additional notice or consent when required.
